How does the Alipearl VIP Club work

The Alipearl VIP Club is our tiered loyalty program. As you shop and engage with us, you earn points that help you level up through our tiers: Mini Pearl；Pearl Babe；Pearl Diva；Pearl Queen. Each new tier unlocks better exchange rates, exclusive birthday gifts, and early access to our new wig launches.

How do I join the VIP Program

Joining is completely free. Simply create an account on our website to become a member instantly. If you already have an account, you are already a member. Log in and visit the VIP Club section to see your current status.

How can I earn points

There are many ways to build your points balance:
1. Shop: Earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent on all orders.
2. Sign Up: Receive a 200-point welcome bonus when you create your account.
3. Daily Check-in: Earn 10 points every day you log in to the Alipearl site.
4. Leave a Review: Earn 50 points for every verified product review you submit.
5. Refer Friends: Earn 200 points after your friend completes their first purchase.

How long does it take for points to appear in my account

Points from purchases will be added to your account once your order is shipped. Social action points, such as signing up or daily check-ins, are credited instantly.

How do I redeem my points for discounts

Redeeming is easy. When you are ready to checkout, log into your account and head to the Rewards Exchange section. You can convert your points into a unique discount code. Simply apply this code at the checkout page to see your total price drop.

What is the value of my points

100 Reward Points are equal to 1.25 dollar. For example, If you have 400 points, you can redeem a $5 gift card with no minimum spend for your order.

Is there a limit on how many points I can use

To ensure the best experience for everyone, the maximum amount of points you can redeem per single order is 20000 points.

Do my Reward Points expire

Yes, points stay active for 6 months (180 days) from the date they were earned. We will send you an email reminder before they expire so you don't miss out on your savings.

What happens to my points if I return an order

If you return an item for a refund, the points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your total balance.

Can I combine my points with other coupon codes
