Alipearl Atlanta Hosts Beauty & Pilates Event: A Morning of Movement, Hair Care, and Self-Care

On October 19, 2025, Alipearl Atlanta welcomed guests for an inspiring Beauty & Pilates event, a morning dedicated to celebrating wellness, confidence, and the power of hair for Black women. This unique experience combined movement, beauty, and self-expression, creating a space where women could connect, learn, and feel empowered.

Pilates and Movement for Every Woman

The event began with a one-hour Pilates session led by certified instructor Imani Wheeler (@goodformgirl). Guests participated in a workout designed to strengthen, stretch, and reconnect with the body. Alipearl’s workout-friendly wigs, including chic short bobs and half wigs, allowed participants to move freely without worry, proving that style and function can go hand-in-hand.

A Celebration of Hair and Confidence

The highlight of the day was the open-table discussion led by Imani Wheeler and professional hairstylist Chi (@styledbychi). Guests explored topics around self-image, wellness, and hair care for women who move and live actively. The conversation covered how to care for wigs during workouts, the role of movement in self-confidence, and the ways hair reflects mood, energy, and personal style.

The discussion also emphasized holistic wellness,  finding balance between self-care, self-image, and daily habits. Guests left with practical hair tips, inspiration for maintaining their crowns, and a deeper understanding of how beauty and movement intersect.
