12Avg first of, let me start by saying the seller has reached new levels of great customer service. my item was shipped at lightning speed. now the hair. Oh my god! it's amazing. i wanted it to be a natural brown rather than black. it came out great. minimum shedding. and all you need for it to look fabulous is some water, mousse and a paddle brush. Buy this hair!
