Will it fit a head size of 23.5"? and also can it be customized to that size. I measured my head and its between 23" and 23.5".

Honey,this is full lace wig, the wig cap size is about 22.5 inches,and there is an elastic band inside of the wig to loose or tight the wig cap, maybe you can try it or try our other customized wigs. Have a nice shopping experience.
